Shivank has the distinction of being an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India and regularly represents his clients which include the central and state governments, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, multinational corporations, public sector undertakings and high net worth individuals before the Supreme Court. He also has an extensive track record of successfully representing his clients before various other forums, including the Delhi High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Bombay High Court to name a few.
