Puneet Arun specializes in indirect and direct tax litigation and has been appearing before various High Courts, Tax tribunals and Appellate authorities and has various reported matters pertaining to tax and civil litigations.
Apart from tax matters, Puneet also advises, draft and appear before the High Courts and other appellate forums in matters pertaining to MSME’s, Arbitration, Land Acquisition, Real Estate, Company laws, Civil and Commercial disputes and various other mercantile laws.
Puneet Arun has also given lectures and has been invited for study sessions by the Tax Bar Association, Agra and have been felicitated by the Association of Tax Lawyers, New Delhi and has also been awarded with Rashtriya Ekta Samaan by Manav Kalyan Society, New Delhi for his pro-bono litigations and consultations.
