She is regularly consulted on Infrastructure, Regulatory and PPP issues by leading Indian and foreign Corporates. Having a sharp eye for detail and having the excellent ability to strategize even in the most complex cases, Priya has consistently achieved a very high rate of success for her clients in contentious disputes.
Priya possesses extensive and diverse experience in providing counsel and representation in numerous local and international arbitrations, as well as tribunal and court proceedings across various industry sectors. Her expertise encompasses infrastructure projects along with the construction and maintenance of industrial assets. She has handled several intricate disputes related to engineering and plant performance, corporate commercial issues, as well as matters involving constitutional, regulatory, and international trade aspects.
